The hotel room was decent but not as luxurious as depicted in the booking pictures, although it was spacious with big beds. The lack of sufficient duvets and pillows was a downside. The service, especially regarding a serious food allergy, was exceptional and truly deserving of a top rating. The location, while useful for ski facilities, was a bit far from the central area and required crossing a busy road. The dining experience, while featuring good options like eggs, was not outstanding. The facilities overall were acceptable, but nothing extraordinary stood out.
